Who does the cleanup? She used several sheet pans, bowls, pans... (and a pot beforehand to cook the rice in) just for this one simple dish.

While the dish looks d'lish, could this be made with less oil and less salt to be even healthier? Seems like a LOT of those two used, which isn't that necessary. You can use a silpat or parchment paper and spray on a little olive or Avocado oil to achieve the crispness w/o all that oil and calories!🙌🥑

Actually while it seems "healthy" this is a heavy dish to digest I would easily need upto 8 hrs to digest it, unless and until one has it straight after workout

she may be good cook, but I find it so hard to watch all that loose hair and such low neck line for someone cooking food , guess she dont fry much, so no fear of bacon fat spitting , but when she is opening oven door all that loose hair hanging down, sadly only profession where they still dress for their work are doctors now
