Hello friend! Yes, you have to remove 5 screws under the KB to open the back panel.

@@mrtechguydiyMy hard disk just stopped working. It made a crack sound and now it's showing hard disk not installed 😭. Sad part is I didn't backup my data. Here I am again to change my HDD to SSD.

If you have disassembled the laptop it's good to replace the thermal paste with new one.

If you have the option to test I recommend testing with the new memory modules. Full compatibility is possible. ;)
