Some variants of this laptop has a dedicated graphics called nvidia gt 650m,i wonder where the pcie or socket for it is located at??or is the gpu soldered to the motherboard??

Sorry, but could you please clarify what you would like to do? Do you want to install a different CPU and change the motherboard? Keep in mind that the motherboard cannot be a different model; only the specific model designed for your case will fit. Additionally, it may not be possible to upgrade to a significantly higher model of CPU.

@@uFixTek eu tenho esse modelo de notbook e a placa mãe queimou.. gostaria de saber se consigo por outro modelo de placa mãe da mesma fabricante. Se eu conseguir a mesma placa mãe que queimou, ela possibilidade upgrade de processador? Pois eles nao são colados a ela.

Você só pode colocar o mesmo modelo exato; se você colocar qualquer outro modelo ligeiramente superior, ele não vai se encaixar, e a CPU precisa ser a mesma, porque se você colocar qualquer outra CPU, ela vai superaquecer e desligar aleatoriamente. Isso ocorre porque o dissipador de calor é feito especificamente para a CPU deste modelo específico, e também os reguladores de energia e o carregador são projetados para essa CPU. Portanto, vá ao AliExpress e encontre o exato mesmo modelo.

Regarding your question, there is no such a thing as SSD ATA. the HDD ATA is for very very old laptops. this laptops don't have HDD ATA, they take 2.5' SSD. the links to a SSD is in the video description, you can get up to 2TB any 2.5' SSD. Thank you for your feedback! If you'd like to support the channel, consider liking, subscribing, or doing both! In relation to your question, the CPU is a PGA type. However, its upgradability is quite limited - you can only upgrade to a slightly higher GHz within the same generation. This upgrade might not justify the cost, as installing a more powerful CPU could result in severe thermal issues and throttling, ultimately returning performance to its previous state. Moreover, the fan noise might become noticeably loud. We've conducted tests on laptops before and found that the results weren't favorable. Yes, you could remove the battery first, and it is advisable to do so, but no harm is done if you forget and do it later, specifically for this model. In new laptops, it is absolutely not required to remove the battery to upgrade the RAM, SSD, or HDD storage. As long as you power off the laptop, there is no need to remove the battery. If you read the schematics, you will understand what I am talking about. Manufacturers mention removing the battery to avoid any accidental short circuit over the motherboard, such as dropping a screw or any metal object. cheers🍻
