What screwdiver are you using? I can't seem to find one that fits for the screw that holds the hard-disk and ram exterior cover

Dud thanks for this vidio but i have one quetion im thinking that i have to upgrad my cpu and change it with a i5 3470 should i change also the fan of the lapotp?

It depends on your current processor, usually the new fan is not required but you should ensure that it's functioning well and it's clean.

Screen flickers and then goes blank when I plug in the charger (screen is backlit so it's still on) if I run it on only the power with battery removed it works for a few minutes and then does the same again.

The one underneath it is for back lit keyboard option Meaning you can get a back lit keyboard for 3542 and it will work. I did it to mine,

It's the the one between the hard drive and ram, it's a wifi and Bluetooth antenna/chip

Nowadays most of the processors are soldered. We don't think that it's possible to upgrade a processor in Dell 3543.

no it doesn't have.And also it is released in 2014 so at that time dual channel are not a thing in low-budget laps.

In Intel 4th gen there are two ways to put processor in laptop 1. Socketed: you can upgrade or replace your laptop processor just like desktop 2. Soldered: cpu is soldered right into laptop motherboard in order to upgrade you are needed to desolder the old cpu and soldering the new one in which is darn near impossible and unfortunately this dell Inspiron and almost every laptop today has a socketed processor and Intel no longer make a socketed model of their laptop processors

And processor slot is right under that copper heat pipe at 6:30 you are needed to take that motherboard (mobo) out in order to access it
