just measure your dvd caddys size every laptop might have different mm for me its 9.0mm

@@mjCharlie5833 I have inspiron 15 5559 from 2015. I have waged a war with drivers for my camera(windows framework ruining drivers) and, I still wage war for my touchscreen. I had to disable it because of "ghost touching " (screen registering touches and it looks like raindrops touching water surfaces. And very annoying). Gaming: that graphics card becomes very hot, I use to play LOL, Dota2, GTA IV and V, CS:GO, Valorant, Remnant: From the Ashes, et cetera.... So you need some advanced techniques of cooling your laptop, because QWERASDZX keys are super hot, any game is unplayable unless you have a usb keyboard. Generally okay laptop, I definitely feel like I OVERPAID it. But it does what is supposed to do, I use it for both simple gaming with friends and running analysis software for my college tasks. If you have money to spare, you can buy it for swag, for the same reason iPhone users buy iPhones 🤷‍♂️ Also, I hadn't had problems with my camera and touchscreen on Linux distros. I've tried Ubuntu, Mint and Manjaro distros. If you are into trying out something new, you can try you Manjaro XCFE edition. CS:GO and Dota go smoother than on Windows 10(they actually FLY), since Steam officially supports linux distributions (unlike other games where you have to use translation software like wine in order to play, but with degraded performances). I might say, linux gaming might be the future in a few years
