I followed all the way up to command prompt. After that, the only thing listed was owner. I could not get past that or saw the little black box to do the command.

Is there a way to get the Power option icon to be visible when you are at the Password screen? Also depending on how the PC was set up by a previous owner, when you select the "CMD Prompt" option, it might ask for an email. Or when trying to use the regular choices to do a factory reset, it may ask for an email - from the previous owners. Have an HP tower that has Win 10, but ysing regular methods, it brings up a request for the previous owners email.
