450 ml milk
60 grams of powdered milk
30 grams of sugar
50 ml milk
20 grams of cornstarch
200 grams milk chocolate
1 tablespoon roasted peanuts

most important part of ice cream is little ice crystals formed inside ice cream. if you just put solid milk in liquid milk and freeze it, it will be a solid brick. corn flour alone cannot bring that amount of creaminess. i would highly recommend not to follow this tutorial, there's no dislike button so way to identify this video is bad.

@@benji-menji It needs to be frozen while being continuously mixed/stirred. An ice cream maker is very simple. It is a stainless steel container that has a mixer/beater inside of it. There is a hand crank on the older ones, newer ones use an electric motor. Both of these will spin the SS container in a larger bucket that can be filled with Ice. While the milk mixture is spinning rather slowly the mixer/beater inside of the container does not move providing the mixing action. The spinning of the container in the bucket full of ice will super cool the metal and begin to freeze the mixture inside and make very fine ice crystals. It also mixes in a small amount of air in the mixture as well. The only other item needed is some form of rock salt, you do not want table salt, it is to fine and can get into the milk mix (lol, ask me how I know). You sprinkle the ice with the salt to lower the temperature that the ice is able to achieve. This helps to freeze the mixture faster and is needed to freeze the fat that is in the milk/cream. This will take about an hour to get very nice creamy ice cream, than it can be move into the popsicle mold or just put into the freezer like any other ice cream. No corn starch is needed, the only things needed are Milk/cream (the more cream the better) sugar, vanilla beans/vanilla extract (if you are making basic vanilla ice cream), and a dash of salt. No heating is needed. If you are using unpasteurized milk right from the cow, you can heat it just below the boiling point to pasteurize it and kill the bacteria, but it is not needed for making Ice cream. If you normally drink the milk without heating it will be fine to use in ice cream.
