I can't believe you somehow made Noelle even more adorable with her body langauge, and Susie's animations are on point all throughout! Loved her tryning to work out what she should be doing when Noelle interrupts. Still though, the slow head turn from Kris following Susie's excuse was just GOLD.

Gods damn, this is *so* good! The fluid animations, the little waves Kris & Noelle did, the hair movements, it was so.. GOOD! Holy crap. Noelle was so cute with her little awkward poses and hair movement, and Susie's awkward attempts to look "cool" after she panicked.

Okay, Toby needs to hire this person for the rest of the game, assuming it isn't too late in the development

Holy crap, I love this just a whole lot. Theres too many tiny little details that add so much, like when Susie hurriedly straightens herself out after Noelle startles her, the soul struggling to decide but ultimately landing on "hanging out in the closet", 'Touching as- BROOMS." Just 10/10. I dont think I could love this more, honestly

This just makes Susie a more lovable character than she already is

Just everything about this from the movements and expressions that give each character's sprite a lot more personality! Even the changes in how fast the dialogue appears changing is a really beautiful touch! Susie scrambling to pull up her act again but occasionally breaking character a bit, Kris moving the bare minimum except for reacting to what's currently happening, and Noelle's small mannerisms as she shyly converses with Susie... This is gonna sound really exaggerated but believe me when I say this feels like I'm watching the scene for the first time again, freaking out about everything and all the detailing. This is amazing work, and I love the completely new cutscene you've added and what seems to a complete redesign of the Dark World!

I love how much emotion the characters convey with body language, especially Kris, as they don't talk much and supposedly communicate through it

Fan designs for this game are getting better and better. Everyone, even Kris, has so much character! It's unlikely this would ever work out, but given the passion for Deltarune and the current graphical quality, Toby working with some of his audience could mean great things for the future. P.S. The video length... is this why they land in Castle Town at all?

I wish we could get an entire MOVIE animated like this! I know normal animators don't go to these lengths because you're literally animating frame by frame but it's so nice to see sprite animation done this way instead of stretching, chopping up, and rotating things unnaturally.

So well done I hope that a day comes where this level of animation is actually added to the games
