Ok so friend is a like ghost, so that means when friend gets out that body is actually the (decomposed i think) sheriff timber corpse?

here's my thought yes the sheriff is his own being but the "friend" is probably a separate being too. confusing I know, but remember that Kris is his own being as the SOUL is too. Sheriff Timber is simply a result of the "friends" life giving affect to possessing Timbers (Doll)body. Without this "friend" possessing Timber's body, he simply couldn't do much. He's more or less a puppet to this "friend".

@@imanultrastarwarrior801so basically "FRIEND" is giving life to a dead corspe that they use like a ragdoll puppet I've always thought of it that way Especially when there's no FRIEND, sheriff timber is basically just a lifeless rotting corspe

@@falloutboy1379 the saying nit a speed walk and running are split into 2 just like yin and yang, black and white we must persevere one of another even tho one of them are pretty much the same. And thsts the thing we’re not so different you see while running is walking and walking is running we’re like a supplement of the universe it self. But why even continue if the other is gonna try to win with the other if the other one is gonna keep on trying also. We don’t question why we’re even doing this at all it’s like the saying “theres plenty of fish in the ocean" but we don’t question the first fish we catched. So then thsts thst let this be a reminder of me and you we are what we eat. You might be thinking duhhhh what does Thst even mean. But someday we’re finally see and understand why we are what we eat when we find out we have the dog inside of us. 🏖️

I realized that "Friend" is the creepy face that briefly appears in the basement of Queen's Mansion in Chapter 2, because not only is it clearly the same face, but that face is even called "Friend_Face" in the game files. This does raise questions about how it was able to manifest there before the Dark Fountain of Chapter 3 was even opened, though.
