I'm a huge fan of Demi's, so I was really excited when I saw the thumbnail for this. I think one of Demi's greatest strengths, aside from her voice, is her confessional approach to writing. She can be more metaphorical at times, but not for the purpose of throwing you off the scent of what she's talking about. Funnily enough, she collaborated with Christina a few years ago. The song kind of flew under the radar, which is a shame... it had a great video, too. It's called "Fall in Line" if you're ever curious!

I've watched this music video and listened to this song a million times and it still makes me almost cry. And actually cry sometimes. I've never dealt with a drug addiction before but I've dealt with other addictions in a way and this song just reminds me of that. I've also come very close to death several times and it's fucking scary
