Wrong the 1963 Plymouth Savoy with the 413 max wedge was quicker. First factory production car to break 12 seconds in quarter mile 11.97 sec.factory stock.

I love these wheel standing, stock bodied door slammers. Several years back I watched my first Mustang Cobra Jet run. Loud, nasty and extremely quick. The Cobra jet started Chevy and Dodge to get back involved with factory street Stock. Reminds me of the original Super Stock class. I'm a big fan of the Cobra Jet and the best racing class in the NHRA. Great video Demonology!!!!!

That 6th gen is gonna be something to see once they get that suspension down pack. That nose was way to high creating a ton of drag. But it was a damn good run!

He is famous for taking a LS1 Camaro while working for Muscle Mustangs and running faster than anyone else could get it lol...I think the article was "Know your enemy" or something? Anyways, a straight up savage, used to run Class Racing and would be shifting it with the wheels hanging in the air.

When you're finally done being beat up by the Cobra Jets you should retire and go into filming production and videos. You know what car guys have to rib each other back and forth once in awhile but truth be told you're a phenomenal driver and your car is a beast. God bless you sir
