We let boat novice Lily Ray, and the experienced captain Axel Krantz Vesterberg try out our new Assisted Docking boat docking system. It would be great to understand the limitations and what kind of sensors does it use alongside the upgraded DPS - most skyhooks still have a lot of overcompensation and jagginess to them. This is technically an evolution of that. If it uses current and wind sensors it might be the silver bullet for a lot of insurance providers and novice boaters.

Hi Alex, thank you for your comment! The Assisted Docking feature is based on the upgraded GNSS antenna and no additional wind and current sensors. We have worked hard with algorithms to smoothen the operation of the system so that it will be predictable and tune out any disturbances in signals. We believe it will be a great assistance for novice boaters but also support experienced captains based on our wide testing so far. Have a great day!
