BSJ is a product of NA pubs. In that environment you can either be a flamer (like old RTZ) or you can be the silent guy that mutes everyone and carries, BSJ has become the latter. Dendi and the other guys are products of Russian pubs. Everyone constantly acting a fool and only thinking about the next fight.

Loved their russian english accent convo haha. LS' gameplay here is not that flashy, I'm more impressed on BSJ's ability to stay serious and focus until the final seconds of the game.

BSJ will tell you himself that he's not on the same level as pros. He has to focus really hard to avoid the usual mistakes he makes, but he deserves credit for how well he's done at identifying his weaknesses and learning.

the point of the lane is generally to safely farm, not kill offlaners, ofc he's gonna kill them cause it's the best thing (not even sure anymore, they wasted so much time + venge died) they can do at the moment, but he would rather just focus on the balanced and harass-free lane

@@kiro253 ??? Stopping pulls isn’t something mutually exclusive to heroes. Do you think bsj was calling the player useless, or the hero? Because he didn’t say venge was worthless because she didn’t stop the pull. He called her worthless because compared to silencer, she has no pressure in the lane or any ability to stop kunkka from bullying lifestealer. Also caring about kills in the safe lane is a really low mmr mentality, do you not see how many last hits bsj missed because of that play? It was basically net neutral except silencer got +2 int, lmao.

I absolutely miss this. I used to be part of a computer club back in Russia where banter, yelling and rivalry was common. As Dondo was in a computer club similar to mine, I absolutely understand where he is coming from when he mic spams xD. We'd play Dota and CS 1.6, everyone knew each other and it was terribly fun. I tear up when I remember it every time. It saddens me when I am the only one speaking and trying to have fun while ranking up. Trust me, this social aspect of gaming is way too underrated in NA.

This is the difference between BSJ and a TI winner. Once you master everything you still need to learn how to play with distractions, to have the mental fortitude that is needed to win The International. This is some high quality learning experience for BSJ. You are getting closer! 👍

I just want to point out that dendi is far from being a good pro player today. He was good when everybody was bad. He did not improve enough since then. So he is a very bad example of « TI winner mentality » in 2021.

Ofc today he doesn’t care anymore about the game. And the game may look easier today but people are getting better. Being on the top today is way more impressive than before

@@speedsim3344 judging skill now vs skill then is irrelevant as game is evolving. being on the top is always impressive, in fact its more impressive the greater the difference between top 100 and the rest of the player base is, as this shows creativity as opposed to mechanics and "keeping up to date".

I really wonder about those TP's to top lane... are those rly good or is it better to cut the top wave instead to maintain pressure. it sort of forces his team to relinquish their position for some extra 200 gold, meanwhile this gives dire a chance to break out of base and potentially kill his teammates and regain triangle/woods and 2 other lanes.

Crazy to think that BSJ is a 9k+ player is ranked 363 while a 7k (7500MMR) player in SEA right now is ranked around 350....Shit you see when all the top players play in the same server.

That should not work like that. If they are both on same server, shouldn't they be ranked according to their mmr

@@vanguardas9927 But how does ranking change. For example is player A is ranked 1 in NA at 9k mmr. Another player B who is ranked 10 at 10k mmr in different server came to player A server. Then shouldnt Player A now be rank 2 and player be ranked 1. That is how leaderboard is just arranging player based on MMR and calling their order ranked. So if a 7k player came from sea server, even if we assume he is more skilled than 9k BSJ, he would still be less ranked than him. Yes eventually if he keeps playing he will gain rank while BSJ will lose rank, given the above assumption but that will happen over a long time. It is not possible for a 7.5k player to rank above 9k player in same server.

@@TheNilayAnurag i think you missed my point, it's mainly about high ranked players not playing in their servers temporarily which allowed even 7.5k players to rank 350 (at least until the pro players come home). Safe to assume pros have multiple high rnak accounts as well as teh talent/coaches/etc. Nightfall for example is known for having 5 top100 accounts

Ls basically has 2 first item choices. Maelstrom to farm, armlet to apply early pressure/fight, it really just adds survivability along with damage
