Even reggae King Bob Marley marveled at Brown’s talent. Dennis Brown was renowned for his unique vocals and his prolific music production. Today July 1 marks the 22nd anniversary of his death. Marlon Samuels opens the book on this extraordinary Jamaican.

Dennis is my choice for being the best in reggae vocally in terms of pure singing beauty and what the voice can do. A reggae version of Stevie Wonder. Definitely will only be one Dennis Brown.

My ultimate favorite Reggae singer whose songs STILL inspires us today as if he were still alive. Countless radio stations plays his songs daily..well deserved. One KEY thing to note in this speech is that He KNEW that he was an Israelite,(specifically from the Tribe of Benjamin, as Jamaicans are, and other Caribbean Island people are, taken to the Islands as slaves, Just as Deuteronomy 28 says, also Isaiah 11:11-!2, Joel 3:2, Deut.4:27..and even Christ Himself, who is a BLACK man(Revelation 1:13-15) said in His own words, in LUKE 21:24). All Praises To The Most High God. Sleep in Peace Brother, will see you again.
