3 жыл бұрынA day in my life working as a dental assistant during 1st year of dental school. I honestly think it is one of the best ways for dental students to learn practical and professional skills because we are assisting experienced dentists as they perform complex procedures.

As a dental assistant the dentist that I work with don’t take X-rays. I have always done that, which I know each practice is different but so weird to see that

Great video!! Do u recommend doing dental assistance before applying for dental school. I did Allied health assistance because I was thinking to get into physiotherapy I'm not sure if that would help my application when applying for dental school.

yes absolutely! dental assisting really gives you an insight on what dentists do every day so it helped me decide whether I truly wanted to study Dentistry! also, it looks good on your resume/portfolio and gives you experiences to talk about during your dental admissions interview!

Not entirely sure mate, but have a look at websites that list the average salary of dentists! It would vary based on how often you work, which city and area you work in, and how much you charge for each procedure!
