Cowboy Joe is a paint pony with plenty of grit. He stays calm when the band plays and the crowd cheers nor does he let the unpredictable Wyoming weather deter him. He stands and watches his football team play and when they score runs across the endzone. He's the live mascot of the University of Wyoming.
