😎Wrist Pain/DeQuervains Resets😎
These are my 2 favorite resets for DeQuervains Tenosynovitis.
🔵Flex the wrist and apply overpressure on the medial and proximal wrist to twist it into radial deviation
🔵 It may be sore at first but it should improve quickly
🔵 if very painful try radially deviation of the wrist/ thumb extension, and slight wrist extension
🔵 hold this position got up to a minute if it relieves the wrist/thumb pain
🔵 either Reset can be performed hourly and then try radial neurodynamics and eventually load up those tendons once they’re desensitized!

Man you are a genius! I can't believe how fast this improved my mobility and pain relief! I tried almost everything including accopunture. I was sad because nothing seems to work to the point that I wasn't able to play piano and guitar anymore. In fact I wasn't able to sleep well because even the most slightly movement it wakes me up in pain. God bless you man! You are a blessing for so many people! I'll share all your content! I'm so glad the video was able to help! I had a similar condition for several months and wasn't even able to hold my kids/baby without severe pain. The discovery on the positions of relief was a complete but welcome accident! Keep up with these regularly throughout the day for lasting relief!

Great! If it works, do a high dosage of the resets 10 reps hourly. Stay ahead of it!

This seems to have eased some pain I developed after starting a factory job 4 months ago. Never would have thought of releasing tension instead of stretching.

If it eases the pain, repeat it hourly throughout the day. The dosage is what makes the difference. The thing about tightness is that stretching something that is already tight increases the feeling of tightness. It’s like trying to loosen up a taught string by pulling it more taught. Glad it helped!

I have a wrist sprain last week and there's no more swelling but i don't get full motion and it hurts on the ulnar and i been doing this exercise and hoping for the best

Hi a wrist sprain is different from this, especially if it's on the ulnar side. If it doesn't resolve you need to see a qualified physical therapist for full evaluation.

My 2nd joint from the tip of my thumb hurts alot along with DQS, like i cant immediately do thumbs up👍 and need to do 2 things, raise the base of my thumb, and then straighter the thumb to do "👍" while this reset kinda helped the pain on the wrist, the one on that joint didn't get any 😢

If it helped your thumb, something similar could help the other joint. But I would need to do a full exam to prescribe something otherwise.

So ove jad this morning exact wrist pain for a out 5 months its always been pretty sharp pain and ive continued to workout pushing past the pain but it jasnt gotten better should i go to the dr?

You should see a qualified PT/physio for this rather than an MD

It worked to some extend for me ..I can move my thumb inward instantly. Outward is still a issue

If it works, try doing it every hour for a week or so, to see if it adds up to overall making you keep improving

Sorry to hear that! Can't really do more detailed than this because specific programs/plans need to be developed around a full medical history and thorough examination. You need to see a qualified doctor of physical therapy.

They could help if specifically the base of your thumb is affected, but they’re really for the condition I talk about in the video and on the title.

There are braces you can buy that temporarily relieve pain, but I recommend trying the resets in my video then getting back to activity rather than splinting or bracing if possible.

@@modernmanualtherapy I did.. it didn't relieve the pain...it only made it worse.. there's a pain behind my wrist aswell now.. that's why I'm asking if I can strap it

@@aydencorbett Sure, but if these made it worse, you really need to see a qualified physical therapist/physio instead of trying a brace or strap. You need a thorough evaluation,

Not sure exactly what you mean, but for the most part, it's a myth that joints easily go in and out of place. Or that manipulation or adjustments puts them back into place. Techniques like that resolve pain, but not because things are out of place.

Any pain can become chronic but that doesn’t mean it is permanent. Any chronic pain can also end.
