Easier 4 me backing trailers with tandems all the way back instead of foward because I learned back 55ft trailers with a trk with no power steering!!!! That person DEFINITELY hit that other trailer pretty hard

Last year I was headed home in october and took a load to stop and shop in Fallriver Mass and it cost me 295 bucks and it took them over eighteen hours to unload me . Funny I was worried about my clock because i was low on hours , not to worry at stop and shop fallriver 18 hours later my clock was reset . The problem I had with them is I had was I had an appointment at 18:00 hours on a friday and didnt get unloaded till 14:00 on saturday the next day . Think I did my math right , anyway I still had another four hours of travel to get home way upstate Vermont to the North East Kingdom where I live . Almost want to move back down south just because im tired taking worthless loads to the northeast to get home . I lived in Florida for 20 years , my Family lives in Lexington SC. Might make the SC move in the near future , Justin seems like you keep pretty busy for a one man band down there. Be safe Brotherman talk at ya later .

Ah, it was IFTA day for me too. 19 states and fuel purchased in 11 of them. Then KYU and then 48 per diems to document. Next is documenting mileage on my personal truck for business use. Trying to get it all done so I can send it to my accountant.

I used to be a lumper and the reason why there's a lumper fee is because lumpers don't get paid by the hour they get paid by the load so they have to get paid some how that's only with a Liv driver who pays because it goes to the company and the lumper gets a percentage of that.

These brokers should list if there lumper fees on loads and factor that in to the load

Dam that's scary to see. Hopefully the train conductors are ok. That's what we hate dealing with them blocking the roads. There supposed to split the trains apart of they are blocking a road for emergency responders and law enforcement agencies. We are going to Huntington Beach California. Cause my grandma was wanting to go back there again year's ago. She told me last night while Jesse was 💤💤💤 that she would love to go back to Huntington Beach and just walk around since the weather is nice and not hot like in the 100s. Next thing Jesse's sitting up in bed grabs my grandma's sides and picks her up and sits her on his leg and said we are going tomorrow morning. Nana said what about meetings and Jesse grabbed his cellphone and said he can do the meetings on Zoom or FaceTime since he has CEO'S cellphone numbers. Nana was really really happy. The kid's are like go go take her. Jackie reached out and said go have fun with her and Nana was happy. We will head out tomorrow morning. I was like trying to get dispatchers to get a good paying loaf but there like stingy loads to California around our area to ship there. Nana was like thank god we ain't hauling a trailer around. Jesse said that he would have a driver come and meet us here and he would pay outta our money since it's not a paying load. Nana was telling her friends on her FB and a few that has our numbers said that they are happy. Mr's Daisy said she would take care of the dog's and cat's since the kids have practice and church after school. I told her that she can sleep in Nana's room or the couches.

Question on the lumber fee who covers that ie if Justin had to pay it does it get refunded to him or is this an amount he just looses
