I love soft, slightly underbaked cookies. Probably why I like Crumbl.

I wouldn’t say they are the worst, but they are certainly the most over-rated..

Crumbl cookies ARE . . . THE WORST. Tasteless and soft, just NO. OVER-RATED and expensive.

They are not the worst but some are better than others. It just depends on your taste. I would not buy them every week, but for a once in awhile treat they are good.

They're not bad but just inconsistent. Some are dry and stale but some are really soft and chewy.

Make your own cookies at home and do a taste test. We keep the dough balls in the freezer and cook a couple at a time.

They are terrible. A co- worker brought them to work and we cut them up in pieces to try. Too sweet, too soft or no taste at all. I was so disappointed, they looked so good.

I was excited that crumbl cookies opened near my home. I didn’t like them and was disappointed. Expensive and not worth it. My favorite is the nice pink box.

I could not force myself to spend that much on cookies. Glad I didn't. 😮

Just a suggestion, maybe you should have a glass of milk handy to take a drink in between the different cookies to kind of cleanse the palate. Not sure if it would work or not but at least the milk would taste better than those cookies, lol.

So were these cookies from a different Crumble from Vegas or a new store in LA. Would think that makes a difference baked in two different places, though maybe not. Try a new cookie place maybe.

I like crumbl cookie milk chocolate. Pop in toaster oven then dip in milk. Not sure about others that rotate. I really dislike frosting so I never eat it. Sometimes I even go and replace cream cheese frosting with just real cream cheese on Trader Joe’s carrot cake. Pure sugar is just kinda gross these days.

Not exactly the worst. But only quarter of it is good.

Cookies are the new cupcakes. Derek, I had the same reaction when I tasted salted caramel, the salt ruined it for me. I know it's just supposed to be a flavor enhancer but too much gets used in my opinion.

We have tried them and a couple of thoughts. Inside the store smelled terrible and I feel like these cookies are very overrated. I’m not rushing back to get more lol Thanks for sharing guys!

Pretty looking and pretty expensive. $5 a cookie? i would probably try the mint. Where i live in a wealthy suburb outside of Hartford, CT, there is a center(Downtoen) I hear there is a fancy donut shop where they sell for $5 or per donut. I haven't tried it yet.

Just give me a good chocolate chip cookie , love them. Keep it simple.

Honestly, there isn't anything about the 2 videos you devoted to this company that would convince me to buy those cookies....ANY of them! Not even if they were handing them out for free. My favorite cookies are the ones I bake at home, fresh from the oven.....and as a bonus, the grandkids get to lick the bowl.

I don’t have to watch the video to answer. Yes the overly thick cookie with all of that sweet frosting was terrible. Chikfila chocolate chip cookies are 1,000 times better than Crumbl. I question the tastebud health of people who go on and on about how good these are. A salty thick cookie. 🤢🤮🤮

Maybe the person that made that batch of butterscotch cookies accidentally put too much salt that doesn't mean all of them are like that😊
