Hey, Use Cetaphil cleanser along with salycilic acid serum from derma co. Apply serum thrice a week initially & don’t forget to apply sunscreen

Are the tiny bumps on your forehead?? If it is then it's mostly likely fungal acne, it's caused due to the hight amount of yeast present in one's body. Use a anti dandruff shampoo, it contains an ingredient which h is zin, which helps alot.
