He took Derrick James a life time to learn what he knows about boxing now, if he had the system he uses now back then he would've been a beast, Spence just benefits from his knowledge and experience he used to develop his boxing system he can teach to others.

@@Jay-ml9voWhen you lose to the best it doesn't make you overated you just got outclassed by the best. Crawford had a easier time with Spence because the style Spence has a guy like Porter who Is engages and disengages knows his Is strengths and weakness because he lost before where as Spence never lost untill that point. Can't say he's overated for losing to the best. Then everyone is overated including the best.
@Jay-ml9vo9 ай бұрын
@@Parallelthinkers No, I agree. Errol is really a good fighter that noone else could or knew how to stop, until Bud exposed the simple holes in his game that is there to be exploited if you're good enough to do so. Terence is the best, so there's nothing to be ashamed about, but Errol knows just as well as we know where Errol stands in the pecking order in relation to Bud. And he's nowhere close, and we all expected Errol to perform better. We overestimated Errols boxing, and underestimated Buds. I'm right bro, Errols overrated, yet still a good fighter. I take nothing away from him but what is deserved.

I watched quite a few of Joe Lipsey's fights back then, can't remember this one. Lipsey was a pretty good fighter back then, and was running up a long string of wins, undefeated record, until he, was brutally stopped by Bernard Hopkins. That was the last i ever saw of that guy. And if i remember he wasn't doing all that bad, until he got caught.

@jcherestal at what I do, I've been coaching a small number for about 2 years and received many thanks and confirmation. At first, I was met with dispute over communication because I'm not the softest speaker when I see errors or bad habits. But once we get past all of that, they always give thanks and say u got me all the way right. That is because deep down, they can see I have them in their own best interests. If u have knowledge, share it. The protégé might out-produce the teacher. Wait a min..... then why are u on youtube 🤔. Bum admitted 🤣
