Steve Nash's camp taught me to start right next to the basket and make 3 in a row, take a step back and keep doing that till you hit the 3pt line. Anytime I didn't do this my jumper was off forreal.

This is more about psychological influence than experience. Its about making the pressure shots when everyone around you is rooting for you to fail. You have to either embrace or block out that noise.

The higher you go in your respective sport, the greater opportunity you have to practice even more. I made it all the way to the NCAA in 2 sports... i was probably averaging 40 hours a week practicing.
