Hi Jimmy....Hugh 'Fly' Doherty was the Singer. What was your other Gt. Uncle called and are either or both of them still alive?

Great to see the shipping 🚢 on the Foyle. My father Jack Gillespie his father George and brother Walter we're all Foyle Pilots during the war years.

Lovely film, what a piece of history, it’s weird that ww2 was going on, but Derry seemed more peaceful, obviously contrasting with later years
