I met Cameron once, I just wanted an autograph and a picture but, he stopped and took time to talk to me. He was so incredibly caring and loving to me, a stranger. It was genuinely one of the best moments of my entire life. He passed too soon, too young. It’s still shocking ya know? He had so much going for him! Descendants 1,2 and 3 are my best childhood memories. Like, I remember 10 year old me being addicted on these movies. But one day, I found out Cameron Boyce had died. Suddenly, this memory became dark and depressing. I was overwhelmed by this, so much so, that I refused to watch descendants anymore. 4 years pass. I'm now 2 months away from 16. And I finally see this video right here. My emotions must have gotten the best of me as I pressed it. This video...gave me the closure I was looking for all this time about Cameron's death. Dove is right, you guys. We should appreciate and cherish those around us. I now think of Cameron, not as a haunting memory, but as a beacon of humour, happiness and hope that he was. To honour him, I decided to watch all three movies at least once every year, so that I never forget the magical times I had watching these movies as a kid.
