es gibt soo viel zu entdecken, Originalschauplätze, soo viel Star Wars Zitate, soo viele Eastereggs, Mickey Maus, der heilige Gral, Opernsängerin aus das 5. Element und wahrscheinlich noch viel mehr - wie ein riesiges Wimmelvideo, freue mich auf Teil 3

Wow!! I'm not sure what's going on here, but chapter 2 was so good I stopped to go back & watch this from the start! GREAT JOB! Episode 2 one day before my birthday that's awesome ! And wow, what an episode, It was so cool seeing our favorite bounty hunters fight with each other haha, seeing Bossk being a badass in live action made me smile not gonna lie ! Also seeing Nar Shaddaa was so cool, and that little cameo of the Millennium Falcon haha, loved that !

The Falcon cameo is an obvious logic error, but those who know the Legends books know that Dengar and Solo were mortal enemies long before "Empire Strikes Back" :-)

Thank you for the lovely feedback. I think it's not so much the skills that made this film possible, but rather a little bit of being crazy, a big portion of heart and soul and the support of passionate Star Wars fans again :-)

How much love in this project... I really appreciate it. The story Is very intriguing. The little animal at 12.05 shows me the care for particulars, and I really like Nar Shaddaa. Good job!!!

This is really impressive. 1980 this would have been a real blockbuster!!! Would? Oh sorry I forgot, it was in my VHS collection... lol. Great intro!!!!!! Great!!! Insane amount of work went into this. Can feel the years of Rendering... I can just imagine what the leap in technology foreward will make possible in a few years with AI. Probably Avatar 2 grade special effects in fan projects by around 2030 or 2040. The actor at 17:07 in the pirate outfit is really good! I really love that some of the making of shines through the endproduct as an artist. I know how much work went into this. Just insane. Immense amount of FX! I totally love the "good enough" attitude at some times. Then again the FX are really insanly well done. Congrats! The FX shot density is just insane. Not even disney could afford this for a series 🫢

I’m glad you explained why he doesn’t look like a clone, but it still doesn’t really explain how his chip didn’t affect him.

Well first of all, I didn't know about the inhibitor chip when I wrote the script in 2005. But nonetheless, we have an explanation, even if it's not canon. Die Geschichte ist genial, es ist auch sehr gut gemacht. Ich finde jedoch, dass manche Synchronsprecher sehr gestellt sprechen. Für weitere Projekte würde ich vorschlagen, dass man auch Stimmen überlagert. Man könnte auch mehr Emotionen zeigen, besonders Galve hat die genannten Probleme. Aber für einen Fanfilm ist es echt genial gemacht.

It was a lot of fun, even if it was not entirely safe. The building was deserted, but also locked. That means we were constantly afraid of breaking in somewhere in the ground or being caught by the police :-) Btw. You can see the Making of this scene here: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/mbpjdaij0sWrmas.html

Das freut uns ! Bin sehr gespannt ob Dir die anderen Folgen auch gefallen. Denke Folge 2 war schon mit die spaßigste (allein wg. der Kopfgeldjäger), ab Folge 3 wird es etwas ernster und unsere Helden begeben sich auf unbekannte Pfade.

We would all benefit from training. Directing and camera work are also pure amateur level. BUT you will see, we get better from chapter to chapter :-)

@@poodooFXTeam of course, I too could use a few master classes but the ‘reading the script in my mind’ effect is something you should get rid of first thing, seen it concerns the protagonist.

Ah...Corellian ship, much like the original concept for the Millennium Falcon in 1975, before they changed it to be saucer shaped because it looked too much like the Eagle in Space 1999. Nice film, good story!

Die Art und Weise der Figur ist vor allem eher spontan AM SET entstanden und wie hatten einen großen Spaß. Aber kleiner Trost, auch nach unserem Film geht es mit der Figur weiter. Lass Dich überraschen ;-)

Alright, I wanted to wait till the second chapter. A little ruff, acting is off with the translations, but for some reason the story just hits better than Disney. Also your visuals are only getting better!

and its also solid proof, that live-action fx is still more immersive than 3d ! and I am not telling that the 3D effects used in that series are that of low quality, oh noo :) actually every aspect here is at least that of a good quality :) to know that it is fan-made production is quite a shocky thing and re-ealy makes me giving you guys respect :)

Thank You very much for your kind feedback. Of course we are aware that camera technology and effects are no longer up to date compared to many other current productions. But 16 years of production time show their traces. But for that we have a 2h film with everything that belongs to Star Wars :-)

I feel like I'm watching old Star Wars! This is Amazing! When did they start production and when did they release this? I heard they started back in 2007 is that true? I just cannot believe I missed this!

@Smoke Dog, You are right, in 2006 began in Tunisia the first shooting and have lasted in the day including Postproduktion until last year. We were so busy with the work on the film that the promotion unfortunately came a little too short. We had a very well maintained website all the time, but hardly anyone knew about it. The main thing is that you found us NOW, it's never too late and there's so much to watch on our channel (check out the Making-Of playlists). Thank you for your wonderful feedback and have fun!

The first costumes (Tusken Raider, Sandtrooper) and all the sets & cockpits we actually built ourselves. Here you can find some information about it: kzfaq.info/sun/PLL32I4ZeuOnaXbakGBIfqMNnDed1826cl But as our network of supporters grew, we started to use existing costumes in the fandom. We were surprised ourselves how many cosplayers had incredibly great costumes. That would be my tip: You can't build everything yourself and you'll never do it as well as the cosplayers who have spent years researching and building their costumes. Find them and convince them to support your project. This is the (easier) way :-)

I love the Aliens "face sucker" in the tank. But it is that mask that truly symbolizes the very worst Sith to have ever lived!!! The only way the Sith Lord can survive is by feeding off of force-sensitive children, Jedi, Sith. Truly one of the most Savage Sith to ever exist only equaled by STARKILLER! Even Revan would not stand a chance against Darth Nihilus! EDIT: A Force Vampire

Ich respektiere die viele und lange Arbeit hinter dioesem Projekt, aber das Ergebnis ist gelinde gesagt peinlich. Optisch passt da nichts zum anderen. Bei mir stellt sich ein wenig das Gefühl von fremdschämen ein. Sorry Jungs, aber wir haben 2022 und das ist schon ein wenig weird.

Hi Max, ja das mit 2022 ist nat. so eine Sache. Das Projekt (Drehbeginn 2006) stammt aus einer ganz anderen Zeit (der Post-Prequel Ära) und war somit an eine ganz bestimmte Generation gerichtet. Was damals bahnbrechend gewesen wäre, muss sich heute natürlich Projekten stellen mit ganz anderen Möglichkeiten. Wo wir wochenlang Animationen gerendert haben, machen das heut die Kids am Laptop mit der Unreal-Engine in Echtzeit. Mei das ist halt nun unser Fluch der langen Produktionszeit. Dafür ist das der einzige Film mit Zeitkapsel-Charakter, einzigartigen Drehorten, Sets, Kostümen und immer noch sehr guten visuellen Effekten, wofür sich NIEMAND aus meinem Team schämen muss ! Konkrete Verbesserungsvorschläge kannst Du mir aber sehr gerne per Mail senden, für die Special Edition ist auf jeden Fall noch Luft nach oben 🙂
