What an amazing restoration, you truly are a master of your craft.

I have a pretty good paid but really boring and easy job now but i used to repair cars with collision damage. Paid a lot less, working hours were hard. But when a costumer came in and received their car all fixed and shiney again( because detailing was complementary).. That made my day. A real honest job. This kinda reminds me of that. The satisfaction of putting all the parts back together after you finished all the hard work underneath. And i also like Guns. Have my like and sub. Watching professionals do their job is great for anxiety btw haha

As a kid in the 60's I was very interested in taking things apart, so when my dad bought himself a brand new Avometer I was naturally curious to find out how it worked, so I stealthily swiped it and took it off to his workbench and stripped it down, THAT was when I discovered that I wasnt any good at putting complicated things back together again, dad was not at all happy to find his avo stripped down to its component parts and had to put it back together again himself, that incident cured me of my interest in taking stuff apart

Nice video. I hope you replaced the polymer (plastic/rubber cone) spring. Oil destroys it over time and you will have exctaction failure. Common problem on the DE.
