I’ve never seen so many old rusty guns in my life. How long does it take to let a good gun rust?

I have the exact same gun... glad mine is in much better shape than this one.

Who the FLIP left a desert eagle to rust like that?! Geez, like letting the Mona Lisa to crumple up in a soggy NY alleyway as a used newspaper of yesterday's news! Good job on restoring her.

That rust doesn't look natural. Looks like you left it in a bathtub of chemicals and let it sit for months.

Some of your restoration vids are suspicious and look fake. The rust doesn't look natural like you put the guns in a bathtub of chemicals and let it sit for months. Also screws, springs etc look new while everything else is rusty.
@Woodzy908 күн бұрын
Need more proof this is a real Eagle. As said in comments its very suspicious because this is a very expensive and unique handgun and normally wouldn't be left to just rust and degrade like this...

It crazy the amount of people in here bitching about modifications who don't know anything about restoration. I don't even know if this is real or not but it was enjoyable to watch. Stop bitching so much and learn to do it yourself and you can preserve history all you want.
@user-lh8hc6vf3c7 күн бұрын
It is a real K98, and if he would have just restored it it would be worth more instead. he also ruined a historical artifact. But also just in that condtion before he buchered it I,ve sold them for 1,200$

Great entertaining video, funciotionally it works, but from a non-professional perspective, I missed some polishing to make it shiny and easier to sline by reducing the friction

@vaclavkrpec287916 күн бұрын
Ah, Astra. I’ve got the model that replaced Cadix-Astra 250 (very similar). It’s a good revolver; the frame is IMO a bit better than S&W it copied/cloned, as the grip is a bit bigger and wider (snub nose S&Ws in this form with I/J frames have ridiculously tiny grip IMO). Also, the ring for setting tension of the hammer spring (and therefore DA trigger pull) is a very neat feature.
