The location for that neighborhood is really nice. Fantastic in fact. It feels high up but is actually fairly close to town. Don't expect any cell signal for a while though. Also, keep in mind that while windows are good for a model home, they are really unpractical for desert living.

I love that everything is on one level, well, I think it is. There was no upper level shown was there? Each day we are blessed to wake up we are ageing so I love that this is one level no stairs! Yes no stairs going up or down into a basement, finally a house as such. Hmmm, only if I could purchase it. It is nice though. Bye

1. I'll never understand why the sidewalk is blocked off. 2. Love the cooking island in the kitchen with chairs. 3. the pool looks like it will overflow as soon as your pinky toe touch the water and that small crack wont do anything to stop the overflow. In the end i'll still buy it if i could, which might happen sooner than later with this current stock market.

$756k base price. Fully loaded with add-ons, pool, top-end finishes and accoutrements, I'd guess $1.75 mil. It's like buying a BMW 7 Series, you never look for the base price because the car on the lot is always fully loaded (with M Sport mods). :)

These are great real estate video's nothing is as boreing as a 5 minute video that spends 3 minutes showing grass trees and background views people dont live in the woods they want to see what thier going to be living in first then look at the views.Dont spend to much time on every nut bolt and door screw and how long a shelf is either that makes me shut off a video real qyuick but i love these never seen a house that actualy makes neon pink work
