Desert Tank is a third-person shooter arcade game released for the Sega Model 2 in 1994. In it, the player controls a tank and blows things up. The game was developed by Sega AM2 and produced by Yu Suzuki. It was developed in cooperation with Martin Marietta, a military contractor, and aimed to be realistic. It has never been brought to home consoles.

I guess Martin Marietta is half of Lockheed Martin now. I remembered it being the most realistic tank game I had played. Still looks highly detailed and not too out of date now. Wish this was available on console or PC, I can't even find an emulator for it

@@ozymandias1758 there was an emulator on PC called supermodel that ran it perfectly way back in 2013 I haven't checked in awhile but I would think it's emulated now by other emulators

remember seeing this in the Arcade somewhere in France or Italy and was blown away by the graphics!

Loved shooting the fuel tanks or nailing the A-10s with the main gun as it was taking off :D
