Is it possible to make an imprint/embossed cutter without the thin line around the design (between the cutting edge and embossing lines for example)?

I haven't found a good way to do this yet. There is a button on the image screen called "Thin image" which might help a little bit

What is this app? I am desperate for a program that will easily design cookie cutters with an imprint.
