Make it yourself. As humans we have the power to help ourselves, don't waste time feeling bad for yourself instead use it as an opportunity to invent something new. There was a person you can check out on KZfaq who went on to create one of the coolest prosthetic legs after his own legs had to be amputated due to frostbite. At first he made basic legs (like the pirate pegs we see in movies). He gradually moved on to more complex mechanisms and electronics through iterative process to get to where he is today
