I’m surprised no one has ever designed a void yordle. According to the lore yordles basically reflect their region. What if one accidentally went through a rift as the for design, I’ll let you make the final decisions. An OC I have been thinking of in my head for the past couple of weeks. It is a ragdoll kind of character with a zipper mouth with a single, dark slit eye peaking through the doll’s zipper mouthpiece. Maybe the yordal doesn’t have a physical body anymore, or it is so horribly twisted that when he came back to runterra he tried to fashion himself something that resembles a yordle. So the doll itself it looks like a ragdoll yordal. I hope I explained the idea properly. I love your videos, and your artwork for this last character was amazing!

Would love to see you visit the region of Bilgewater, considering the last Bilgewater champ we got is Pyke. I feel like the Buhru (Illaoi's people) could use some more representation in the game. (Pyke is half-Buhru but it can hardly be seen in his visuals/gameplay) Perhaps a healer using traditional Buhru medicine (some kind of apothecary) could be an interesting addition to the game. As a supportive-jungle champion, roaming around the map aiding those in need, using their monster-hunting skills to make their way through the harshest environments.

I know we have a snake champion, being Cassiopeia, but I would love a monster snake champion, either a void corrupted snake or an Ionian guardian in snake form. I always liked the idea of Aurellion Sols stars orbiting him, so how about the different parts of the snakes body take different amounts of damage with the head taking the most damage, so he can use his body to block certain attacks. Would also be cool to have some kind of constrict ability.

I really enjoy seeing your design process as you're excellent in using shapes and silhouette in your sketches! I think you do very well in translating the design tropes of Runeterra in to original characters. I would suggest that in the splash art stage you recolor your sketch linework to a general tone for the whole piece (in this case I would use a dark blue as it would be the most abundant sort of light that would hit the shadows in a snowy environment) and set the layer to multiply while laying down your colors below. It helps, while blending, to keep it from getting too muddy and gives the whole piece a more unified look as opposed to using just black and grey. I use this method for saving time in my own paintings as the amount of wrestling with the color tone of the whole piece is greatly reduced. Other than that, I love your work! Can't wait to see more of your incredible character designs in the future!

nice to find this video, I remember a conversation I had with a friend about our own concept for lol champions, I made mine a noxian, a loot of the writting of that champion came about me having my "memento mori" at the time so toughts of mortality where a big factor in the creation of the character.

I have a crazy idea about a lunar priest mage who will change the phases of the moon when using abilities, which will change his basic abilities' effects and properties. For example, the combinations of Q-W-E and E-W-Q will have the same abilities, but at the same time they will give and apply completely different effects. You create beautiful champion designs, and I just wanted to share my idea, keep up the good work

I really like champions that use their abilities and autos together and this is no exception. I'd love to see how you'd give an asu to Varus. His old design doesn't fit his new lore, and I think there's a lot of potential in making him a fusion of human, darkin, and void.

Ive been think about two new ionia champs: Yubia: the adopted sister of yasuo and yone, who is seeking revenge on yasuo gor the unintended pain he caused their mom (yone is dead so...) Makiko: a female shimon who joined the shadow order.

I absolutely love the idea of a Draklorn champion, you did an amazing job here! My only criticism is that you should probably keep the horns on the helmet and also make it non-human (unless we have confirmation that the Draklorn are humans) to make him a bit more distinguishable without his helmet. How I would personally go with it would be: - Dark blue/Dark grey skin - Strange deep blue markings on the face to signify some form of connection to primal ice magic (being close with Lissandra and everything) -Glowing light blue eyes (or maybe another colour) for the same reason as above P.S. really love the pickaxe, its such a creative and fitting idea!

i'm pretty sure they could make the first passive work ! if i understood correctly it's similar to Zagara's trait from Heroes of the Storm where she spawns a "clot" that spreads mucus around itself, not exactly the same activation but it's definitely possible

Had this draft idea for a champion, maybe you could make something out of it for ur future design. This bruiser/fighter champion wields a greatweapon, this limits his attack speed but greatly increases his damage. Passive part 1: Your attacks deal the targets %maximum health ad damage, but your attack speed is capped at 0.585, any bonus attack speed from items or effects is converted into x% movement speed. Passive part 2: Your attacks grant you stacks of rush. stacking up to 5 stacks in total. After using an ability, consume one stack of rush gaining x movement speed for 0.7 seconds. These effect can also stack. Ability 1 passive: for x seconds after casting an ability, apply X armour shread. Ability 1: Your next attack strikes an oponent and dealing bonus ad damage and creating a shock wave on hit that deals x damage to nearby enemies. This ability can be recasted twice for a total of 3 attacks. This ability works as an auto reset. Ability 2: Swing your sword in a circle (like darius Q) dealing x damage and slightly knocking back enemies hit. If hit by the outer edge, get knocked back further and get stunned for a short duration if you got knocked back into terrain. Ability 3: Whenever you have 5 stacks of rush, casting this ability will consume all stacks of rush, healing for x ammount and gaining movement speed equal to x% for the combined stacks for X seconds. otherwise gain 2 stacks of rush (one will be consumed by the passive). Ultimate: Activate to now generate a stack of rush every x seconds, and every time you consume a stack of rush, you gain a shield expiring after x seconds, and Your attack speed cap is the same as every champ for the duration of the ultimate.

I dont know why but he gives me Aatrox vibes xD Also I always wanted to see a Tamer / Trapper Champion that gets enhanced abilities based on what jungle camp he clears Like a TF W but it last till a champion is hit or until casted again or stored as stack for the Ult. He could also use a wide range of weapons like a Machete, a Huntsman Rifle, a beartrap, a net, a torch, a harpoon. And as passive maybe because he is a tamer he gets all 3 jungle pets? xD Lore wise he would be probably Noxian and a Hunter like Rengar (maybe he hunts for Rengar or Nidalee?) but atleast human (with a twist maybe?) Visually I Imagine something like Jax but with a huuge backpack. And then all kind of Traps, Hooks and trophies decorating his clothes. He could have a big scar over his face or body showing he faught some scary monsters. Personality id make him a mix of Graves and Draven, so pretty selfcentered.

If you want to make him an AP Bruiser, you could drop the bonus attack speed thing on the frozen map, and give him AP damage on basic attacks there instead. Also I really love the 'bringing Winter to the Rift' theme

Man's got old skarner passive. I think a void or darkin tank could be cool, same thing with a noxian enchanter, these ideas are so interesting because the classes interact weirdly with the regions.

I think it would be cool if instead of spreading the ice yourself, the monoliths spread it instead. Mabye, it would work so that whenever you killed a minion/monster or detonated frost, you would gain a stack, and the ice spread scaled with the stacks (you can keep the ult tho)

The eclipse skin makes him look like a sith lord, awesome. As for the passives, there are similar aoe's like viego's E that give temporary bonuses and then fade away after a while. As for the towers, why not place them like Azir's towers that grant bonuses instead of attacking enemies and are just as destructible as Azir's but more permanent since they'd be passive. This way they could theoretically use some in-game mechanics and still be different.
