Designing an audio mixer, with Ben KN4RFT

10 ай бұрынHam Radio Workbench listener Ben Davis, KN4RFT, emailed me telling me about a project he designed and built: an entirely passive stereo audio mixer, to combine audio from several radios before sending to an amplified speaker. I thought he did such a great job, that I want to show it to the world, and encourage others to identify things they wish existed in their lives, and figure out how to build those things.
There is one problem with his mixer that he hasn't been able to nail down (cross talk between the inputs). I will explain why that problem is happening, and what he needs to add to his project to fix it.

Things are a little hectic right now (traveling for the last week and this coming, and probably moving into my shop the week or three after that), but when my schedule settles down a bit, I'll do something with this. 🙂
