hello! thanks for the info. mine keeps repeating "Right edge of roll too far from load line Press ENTER to retry Press CANCEL to abort" cannot make it work

Hi Goncalo - recommend you have an engineer attend site to service/clean printer and see if parts need to be replaced. Check your spindle is seated corrected and slotted in correctly.
