Hi: I have my T610, working perfectly fine with USB, although it has an ethernet port in it, but i am not able to fine it on main pannel screen of printer, can you please help me. I have clicked every single button on main screen and setting but i am unable to locate I.P. settings, although formatter board has Ethernet port and when connected to a wire it does lightup as well, please advise. thanks

Good morning I have a T790, it stays at 1% and from there it doesn't happen until the screen changes and tells me to restart and if the problem is not solved, call technical support, I want to change the hard drive but not from where download the operating system of this system and how to recharge it so that it works, I hope you can guide me to solve the problem beforehand thanks

T790 44in plotter woes :-( . So you are the Engineer I have been cursing out??? J/K ! Good day Tom. Questions 1). is there a serial debug port to watch boot process? ( using a CH340 or MAX232 adapter) 2). what is the 12pin header for? ( pins 1 and 2 have a jumper block on them). Kind of strange since the 600 page book says that resets the password for rev b. 8 and 10 do not have a jumper on them. I have a steady red LED for number 1, while 2 and 3 are extinguished on the formatter card. I did replace the drive and used the IG_06_00_00.2.unsigned.fmw update via USB stick which showed progress bar to 100% LED 2 and 3 were blinking, while 1 was steady on. 40 dollar kit from Ebay. The HDD was making normal access noises. That completed alright, but the verification failed with ( missing resources)... restart was once again 08:11 & 1% ini. So the 32VDC is OK, FAN is OK ( has pulses on tach ), 3.3 VDC OK, 2.8 VDC OK, 5 VDC ok 12VDC OK and I recall a 1.28 VDC in there, that would be OK too. ( main board) all caps were replaced on power supply and main board. ( all those DC-DC converters ) The formatter's CR2032 is 2.9 VDC. The control panel does respond to the CANCEL HOME Question mark sequence with all keys blinking 4 times. But ya know 08:11 again. I would imagine there is a serial console to attach to on the formatter card.. probably via CH340 MAX232 near the CPU. There is an awful lot of activity on the formatter just to arrive at 08:11.
