Thanks sir, I replaced formatter, than 08:11 error remove, now plotter is working good, I am from India.

Back again. The hard drive seems to have worked for the most part. This old 4500ps now wants a firmware update. There is no guidance from HP on that, so I don't know if it wants a USB dongle with the binary or some sort of upload. Can you give me a hint on which way to go?

Hello, I have a plotter hp t 770 Tell me what could be the problem. The plotter requested a new head bought a new one put everything the same writes replace the head. The carriage goes to check the head and immediately returns writes the head has not been replaced. Hi friend, good morning. my hp T920 plotter activated the option of refilling ink tubes and now it is asking me for a new head. Will I have any option to reset that option and not ask me for a new head? I went into the Services Menu and gave the option to fill tubes. and now he is asking me for a new head. Hi, how are you? Hope you are fine. I am using HP Designjet Z5400. Today it's showing "If the problem persists, check for the latest firmware release" massage and sometime it's showing "Switching power off" then it is shouting down. How can I solve this problems. Can you help me?
