I’ve been trying to find ones that I vibe with for awhile now but always get stuck and then forget about it. The walls next to my desk are still bare ^^;

I really enjoyed this video. Watching you do your room has been a delight. I'm just a little sad to see the amount of art that was printed (presumedly) from pintrest ): being a freelancing artist, I recognised some of my peers' artworks and I hope that at the very least you didn't print it off pintrest (sorry if you didn't and I assumed. From the editing, it's what I concluded naturally). While Pintrest is a very useful platform for moodboarding photos and ideas, it has been the downfall for fellow freelancing artists such as myself who have lost our audience to people reposting our works (despite us requesting not to) without our permission. While this was a small project and I don't personally mind it as much, I hope in the future, you'll consider buying art prints or requesting to print them from their source producers on their respective portfolios and social media. I hope you don't mind, as I'm not upset! I just thought since you might be unfamiliar on how the producing artist side of thinks about this that it. might be something of interest to know about as you move forward. 🥰 I love how your room came out and I hope school is going well for you!

hello, thank you for your kind response :’’) i wasn’t aware of all the artists i might have ripped off and definitely can see how it can contribute to the many struggles small artists already face. as a college student i have a very limited budget but also want a cute room, so you can understand it’s hard to find a balance ! i’m going to do my best to support artists + their small businesses in the future by slowly building a collection of purchased art prints & more. thanks again, and good luck on your creative endeavors!

I'm so sorry but I need to tell you this.. most of prints that you use are from real artists, they exist. I would really appreciate it if you purchase their prints next time instead of looking for random 'aesthetic' picture on pinterest :) I hope you keep making these beautiful videos! Have a good day x

hi, thank you for your thoughtful reply! you’re right, i didn’t consider that artists made all those art pieces. i wish i could buy the real art prints but as a student i really don’t have much money to spend on art prints bc they tend to be quite expensive :’’) it’s hard to find a balance but i will try my best in the future to support artists when i can! again, thank you for holding me accountable :)
