Делали мы этот десерт. Скажу сразу - на любителя, ибо молочное желе со свежим мандарином такое себе удовольствие, а ещё, при нарезке, это белое желе постоянно отваливалось от мандарин. Здесь смотрю хорошо держится. Ну в общем нам не зашла задумка.

Галина, мне жаль, что у вас не получилось, возможно что-то пошло не так, у меня действительно все прекрасно держалась, делала его не один раз. Это, возможно, и на любителя, но всей моей семье нравится сливочный вкус и фрукты. Планирую делать еще в разных вариантах)
