I almost had it. I was halfway there. Just seven months into the Southwest career as a ramp agent gunning for the pilot seat only for a drunk driver causing a pile up on the freeway making me late and being let go. Now I'm stuck at the bottom again.

Quick question, has the site been created yet? I looked online and kept getting a IP's server code. Clear Skies, I've appreciated everything this company has done for me and those whom aspire to be onboard as an FO or a Captain of your aircraft.

How does the employee pathway work? I am planning to work for Southwest next summer as a ramp agent at Hobby Airport when I turn 18

Mr. Aviator & Beat Maker You need to have a PPL to join the employee program. They make you resign and train in Texas for years. It costs just under $100,000.

Just submitted my cadet application and I'm so excited to hear back. My dream is to fly for southwest and im excited that I might have the opportunity to start that journey.

@Kris Paul I just got an email back. I was invited to fly to Phoenix to take the ADAPT test. Wish me luck.
