Unlimited Exotic Shards in Destiny 1 fast and easy. Quick Destiny Exotic Shards farming guide from a little hidden glitch in the trading system.
This is a known farming method in the Destiny community for awhile now and I am not the founder of this glitch.
If you want to stock up on Exotic Shards and be able to infuse you current Exotics to Max light level, Then just follow these easy steps in this Exotic Shards farming guide.
You will need some Glimmer, Motes of Light and a Heavy ammo synthesis to duplicate your Exotic Shard.
This will give you Unlimited Exotic Shards and will keep working anytime that you need some Exotic Shards.

Okay so I’ve done some of my own testing on this, and the Nova Mortis (the exotic quest heavy weapon) works just the same as the Truth! It also only costs 6 motes of light. Make sure to be using a heavy telemetry when you do it like Gym says in the video. :) P.s : There are probably other good heavy weapons to do this with but as far as I know the Truth and the Nova Mortis are the cheapest in terms of Motes of Light. Hey Gym - first of all as a newer D1 player I appreciate your content and weekly location of Xur; in particular your descriptions of weapons and armour gear to buy and why. Very important and informative for someone like myself. I did want to let you know that I mistakenly followed the process above without using a heavy telemetry and with 6 motes of light was able to upgrade fully per the vid. So technically you don't even need to use the telemetry anymore from my experience.

I think you are right and do need at least TTK to get Xur now :|> I do the videos on PS4 and he should be on the same spot for you :)> The made changes around Rise of Iron and I put the link for the changes in my Xur descriptions :)>

Works great but you go through a ton of glimmer. Back to the grind! 💪 Oh yeah! Still Rockin' D1...at least until beyond light is almost free 😆 I'm too choked they axed Mars & Mercury to give 'em anymore real glimmer 😏

I have 2 questions 1. Do you need to but "the truth" because i dont have that unlocked 2. Does this aldo work for gear?

+Jonathan Simons The Truth only costs 6 Motes of light to do the trick and all others are around 15-20 Motes of light to fully unlock the perks :)> You can do it with Armor as well, but expect to use a lot of Motes of light in the process :)>

I don’t have the Truth heavy weapon, what other ones would you recommend instead? (I have sleeper/razelighter,Gjallarhorn,Young wolfs howl, abaddon and nova mortis)

Raze lighter and the GHorn are great for Bosses :)> Check out Future War Cult every week to see what roll the Warpath rocket launcher has and get your self a God Roll, trust me it’s worth it :)>

I used the Truth since it was the least expensive overall :)> It works with others, but cost more Motes to unlock before dismantling :|> Make sure you use a weapon telemetry and see what exotic you unlocked that has the least amount of upgrades to do :)>

Yes, it does :)> The Truth cost the least amount to upgrade to full before dismantling and is preferred :)> One of the machine guns are cheap as well, maybe the Nova Morris :)>

For Exotics you need them to drop first in order for the thumbnail to pop up and buy them from the vault :)> Once an Exotic drops, then you can get it again in the vault :)>

Unfortunately these days there isn’t :(> Level 28 Prison of Elders is actually the best way to get them :)> Just farm for an hour or 2 and you should have a good amount :)> There was a glitch when the Speaker sold Strange Coins, but they stopped that a long time ago :|>

Level 28 Prison of Elders is still a good way to farm Strange Coins :)> Nightfalls can drop a lot at once, but could take awhile :)> Public events do have a chance to drop as well :)> POE is where o would go for an hour or 2 :)>
