Күн бұрынHope you all enjoyed the video. I mispoke at 2:32 and said bungie was moving away from exotics that change the function of supers, that is just straight up wrong, sorry about that. For those of you who saw my strikes video, you may think my mic quality sounds a little worse, and you’re right, for some reason something got messed up and I couldn’t figure out my old mic settings so for now this is the best I could make it sound. My explanations on why exotics will or won’t be in destiny 2 is slightly shorter than I wanted, but the video was already getting to be pretty long so I had to minimize my thoughts to a sentence or two.

Just a note, its in lore that warlocks changed the name of Sunbreakers to Sunbracers to not be compared to Titans haha so they are the same exotic

Twilight garrison is in D2. The tower robot guard wear it. They did this to rub salt in the wound.

6:07 perhaps they could make it subclass dependent and for each subclass, you get a diffrent effect Arc- when melee'd release a blinding aoe Solar- release a large scourge aoe (maybe x10-25 stacks?) Void- invis on hit stasis- release a duskfield aroud your character Strand- activate woven mail or maybe server enemies around you

For third mans for the hunters, since arc blade's coming back they could rework it to where you gain an additional 4th strike or work it to how shards of Galanor works with blade barrage. Or combine the two up to bungie.

The glasshouse was actually a pretty clutch exotic for end game, given there were still better exotics for titan bubbles

I can see the Obsidian Mind can return with a slight change. Middle tree void had a ability called dark matter which gave you ability energy on ability kill, with increased energy per charged ability. That didn't return in Void 3.0. Have that plus changing the nova bomb to lance nova bomb, and you got a great exotic

@@timcal2136 yes but that's void damage, and I'm suggesting big chunks of energy per ability kill, not better charge rates, and a modified nova bomb on top of that

It should probably just buff nova bomb damage or functionality. Maybe make it so the Nova Vortex lasts twice as long and weakens with a 15% debuff.

Ngl putting lance nova on that exotic seems like a waste. Lance nova and shatter nova should just be choices in the voidwalker menu. Obsidian has to come back as something truly unique and good because there are A LOT of good void warlock exotics already in d2

I'd love to see The Ram return in the Final Shape. It would be an amazing exotic in PvE if it increased your Resilience stat in some way. Perhaps after a melee hit you gain +50 Resilience for like 15 seconds.

skull of dire ahamkara has obsidian mind's perk + extra DR during the windup anim, its just not very good in the current sandbox@@Kanudee

What if it passively always had 20+ in the resilience stat whenever it drops or whenever you draw it from collections. Make it give your void weapons volatile rounds whenever devour is active, all melee kills (uncharged, glaive, or sword) will activate devour.

Destiny 2 showcase made me excited they announced 2 things that I missed, Dragon's Breath and Khvostov. (I've deleted over 6 characters to make a new character with high light level thanks to DIM moving over armor and weapons to new character to grab a high light level Khvostov)

I think they could bring back the tarantella by making it give danage resistance to whichever subclass you have equip instead of just arc, while also giving a second grenade charge

The Sunbreakers and Sunbracers are literally the same exact piece of armor, even if you look at the lore of it they're still the sunbreakers someone just decided to call them sunbracers. So Sunbreakers actually never left

i would say the ram (warlock helm) will not return cuz we already have KARNSTEIN ARMLETS ( warlock arms) that has very close functionality! im a d2 veteran but never played d1 , i really apprecitate your videos and make me discover those OLD SCHOOL exotics ....keep it going!!!!!!!!!!

Why does everyone ignore the other part of Alchemist’s Raiment? (Picking up orbs of light, grant grenade and melee energy when you’re super is full). That’s a really strong ability. I understand that warlocks are kind of known for other supers so using them to feel your grenade, and melee abilities may seem kind of like a waste, but you can’t just ignore a whole half of an exotic trait with the trait being pretty cool.

twilight garrison. That exotic really showed who the toxic sweats where in pve for speed running. trying to lfg in that game for a wrath was painful because it would be full of people that would shit talk you for not trying to speed run the raid using the emote bug, with the exotic. and considering when bungie said they weren't going to bring them back, their first response to it was to send death threats to developers. So, I'd say that's a better reason for it not to return.

The fuck are you yapping about. Sun breaker titans are unkillable with mini hammer, Thundercrash with the chest piece is one of the highest instant damage supers in the game along with HOIL spamming being good for general play, and strand titans are literally braindead with banner of war

nah, the skyburners annex won't come back because hunters, from my personal experience with most of em, want to be the main character that is all powerful and such, ive never met A SINGLE hunter that wanted to play support, so this helmet would go unused due to that.

"reused assets" literally nothing is reused, it's remade 💀 you can't just reuse an asset from an entirely different platform, with an entirely different filetype, and half the polys, and just copy paste it. Everytime something from d1 comes back it's been manually remade, and they have always changed the perks, updated the look, added lore with it, etc. Sounds like you're just grumpy to be grumpy 😂

Probably, but also probably not. Since there is no crossplay with D1 and no PC compatibility, players might just stay on D2. I wish they would reactivate a lot of stuff on D1 for those who missed out on stuff or who still play

This is the kind of thing that makes me SICK about Destiny! I have paid the game like 6 times and i can play Crota raid, and weapons i used ... 7 YEARS AGO !!!!!!!! WTF is worng with you people. play destiny 1 for those things and let Destiny 2 be REAL 2.0 I am fucking sick of seeing stuff from the past, it is supposed to be a NEW game and we shall push BUNGIE to create new mechanics, weapons, raids, activities. If we were still following Activision's roadmap, we would be on destiny 3 already. Destiny 1 would have been the only game we would have received elsewise. Bungie is bringing everything back so that the game can be whole again. Also, Crotas End is free in destiny 2, retard, along with literally every other reprised raid
