Logically speaking, the Leviathan eats planets, so why make a waste of space like that. They could have just put Vex instead of Cabal in the Lair it would be more interesting.

SirCreepsAlott there is a huge possibility that it is a Vex themed raid. Also, how does the raid being based on one race instead of another make Bungie lazy? It doesn't matter if the raid is Vex, Cabal, Fallen, Hive, Taken, or whatever the fuck. They still have to design a raid. And I don't see how Bungie caring about "that sweet cash" has anything to do with the raid race. We'd pay the same amount of money for the raid no matter the race.

If the ‘infinite forest’ isn’t anywhere near that then wtaf are Bungie playing at. It’s lore friendly. It’s great for grinding. It should be relatively easy to pull off. Even Bloodborne has procedural dungeons.

Honestly, even Bloodborne's chalice dungeons aren't far from the infinite forest. Both are sequences that can be different each time. Chalice dungeons are just more and better, with more variety mixed in too.

You should probably listen to Bungie's newest podcast they just put out in which Luke Smith (game director) addresses just about all of the current concerns with state of Destiny 2. He goes into things like what to do to make the game geared more towards the hardcore player, changes that are coming both with CoO as well as changes that will be rolling out over the next two months that are separate from what the DLC has to offer (so free updates). Bungie has a firm grasp on the communities concerns and has always done a pretty good job of addressing them, though their communication could use some work (another thing Luke Smith addresses right at the beginning of the podcast). Destiny 2 really should have released with a lot of the changes made to Destiny 1 already there, something I will never understand, but I also have confidence that Destiny 2 is going to be heading in the right direction as we head into Expansion 1, and should continue to do so.

Last I checked the purchasable bright engrams also give you loot, which was why they cut xp gains so you have to buy engrams to get them faster

Dane Sturgis I've done every raid and have every single raid exotic all my characters are max light and on crucible I almost have a 2.0 KD (D1) on d2 I've only done the normal raid cause the raid I bum and my KD is almost at 3.0 so stfu

They've said they will try to do this. The first patch drops when DLC does and it'll have some improvements.

Yup they definitely do, and they addressed this very issue in their latest podcast. I recommend you give it a listen. Luke Smith (game director) seems to have a firm grasp on what needs to be done to get the game back to being something people can login to every single day. It'll take time I think, but it'll get there.

Yea they have, I feel like they've focused too much on the group that MIGHT stick around a few days or months at most but will inevitably move on. There's just not a lot to pull them in far enough to where they feel like they might become hardcore players themselves at the moment and the hardcore players don't have enough endgame activities to do so they leave as well. Which they may or may not come back but it leaves D2 in a rough place either way.

Mega084 in destiny 1’s first dlc it gave us 3 new story missions a raid and like 2 new pvp maps

And this one is giving us 8 missions 2 strikes a big map a small raid 2 pvp maps and a desent amount of armor and wepons

I can already tell that it’s better than The Dark Below. The issues the game has go deeper than the playable content it offers, unfortunately.
