After damage phase Pantheon changes: Dome: Eliminate 2 shadows of Oryx instead of 1. Bombs: NEED to clear ALL knights on plates to stop the bombs. It will not stop detonating if knights are ignored. It will eventually wipe if taking too long.

LFGs are illiterate, I had TWO PEOPLE come in and say “oh I don’t know what to do” and got surprised when I got mad at them for not knowing

No one cares or wants to know. Seriously. I still can't figure out why they make so much of this type of content. No one wants to play it. I mean statistically it has to be less than 1 percent of the player base that actually wants to slog through this onerous learning process and watch a bunch of walk-throughs and memorize a bunch of steps and then waste hours doing the same thing over and over until you finally get it right. I think most players are excited to see some new content, and a new quest. So they jump in to try and do it, having no idea that it's some garbage you have to study for ahead of time like a fricking college exam. So they join 6 or 8 fireteam finder squads and fail over and over and then drop out. Some of them probably get disgusted and quit the game altogether.

I completed oryx exhalted with my clan. And I did not get the atraks sovereign emblem 😂. Dammit. I have to go back and do that one now. Shiiiiiiii. It was really fun though. Also might I add we did not do oryx in the time limit. But there are so many ads to get points off of. That we still got platinum even though it probably took 16 minutes for the encounter. Actually insane. Caretaker was the hardest to get platinum on. Also whisper slaps. Used it on oryx and golgaroth. A little harder to hit the crit on golgy. But still doable.

This experience has made me remember why I avoided doing raids in the first place. All the content creators make this shit look dumb easy, but for us "we have to go looking for a four leaf clover" to get a team that's able to beat it in a reasonable amount of time. If you're unlucky you'll be stuck on caretaker and/or planets, if you're really unlucky you'll be stuck at golgoroth for some absurd reason. Bungie needs to improve the reputation system so bad players or players who lie about their skill for a free carry or to turn a KWTD group into a teaching group, can have a warning attached to their name until they improve or learn to be honest.

you are comparing yourself who I’d assume is the average person to streamers who have played these thousands of times because it’s their job. Raids are supposed to be lengthy and take several hrs hence why there’s checkpoints, Use raid report if the randoms have anything less than 10 clears kick them and move on if u must.

Anybody else have this issue? We beat Atraks-1 on Oryx Exalted Pantheon got Platinum and even killed 2 Tormentors it said we achieved platinum as we got the medal to show up but didn’t get a Adept weapon or progress towards the godslayer seal for achieving a high score. And yes, we also had around 2 minutes to spare so we did indeed beat it within the timeframe.

@@enjoi92227 yes, I figured that out the other day and have since completed the triumph. It’s pretty dumb imo that you have to do that and not get Platinum since getting Platinum would be a harder challenge in future difficulties but you win some and you lose some.

@@enjoi92227 every encounter I’ve done legit every time except atraks-1 I’ve done atraks-1 legit twice so far and both times I finished within Platinum score but didn’t achieve 500k even when killing the tormentor. Riven you HAVE to do legit otherwise it can’t be done so people better watch some videos because good luck finding someone to teach MID pantheon. I feel like simply achieving platinum should be sufficient especially during higher difficulties though.

Surges are different but the class ability one is still the same

Each week increase by -5, last week was -5, this week is -10, last week which is two weeks later is -20, also each week will add an boss encounter of last week's, meaning first week is only 4 encounter but last week is 7 ecounter

If you kill knights as bombs start it ends bombs early, my group all runs to plates to nuke the knights if its bombs

in pantheon, it is necessary to kill those knights. Bombs will not stop at all unless all knights are cleared. I found that out and we just got wiped still running away from those bombs 😅

One platform either gets slammed by oryx (once per phase) or glows green (after the first person gets torn) the plate that does either of those is starting, the torn and the plate holder hop on and toland floats above another plate and that’s that second plate that needs to be stepped on.

You won't get 1k or conditional for the first three weeks, these two exotic's are only available for completing last week -20 difficulty which also adds up to 7 boss encounter to finish

We are talking about probably less than 1 percent of players who actually even make a serious attempt to complete these raids. "I get kicked" Again, this was piss poor game design catering to groups of super nerds sitting in their mom's basement with no life no job no women LOL and they are usually antisocial so yeah they will get mad if you haven't studied for the raid like you do a college SAT, and they will boot you. I don't even care any more. Only reason I'm here is that the Pantheon quest dropped so I wanted to get a primer on what it was about. A few minutes into this video I was like, well, not going to be doing this crap. Good bye!

@@hekzin Literally the first one. I was invited by a friend and some moron leading the group was pissed I didn't do something he wanted and he told the rest to kick me. I was INVITED and got kicked within 5 minutes. But that wouldn't have stopped me if raids were worth the time and effort. I've watched a number of walkthroughs that show up in my feed (I don't go looking for them) and they look like a boring slog. I get why some hardcore players want the challenge, but most people game for fun and entertainment. They aren't looking for a gigantic pile of work. Which again explains why on a percentage basis of the total player base hardly anyone completes these raids.

So far Pantheon has been a huge disappointment. LFG isn't what I thought it was going to be. For pantheon most posts are experience required. I spent 30 minutes trying to get into a team. I just wasn't getting picked. Just like grade school sports... When I did finally find a team we spent 2 1/2 hours on Golgorath. The team was determined to get the bonus drop and we constantly wiped when we had Gol down to a few hits. After 2 1/2 hours and being at the top of the board for ad kills and boss damage I got kicked from the team with no explanation. SO I wasted 3 hours to get nothing. I'm done, I'm not wasting my time with raid content ever again.

How in the hell am I going to do the actual raid? 😂 No thanks. No super duper exotic pretend weapon in the land of make believe is worth the time effort and frustration involved. I came here to see what Pantheon was about and...thanks, but no thanks.
