I mean, maybe the Homelander player was simply better, but that was NOT the best Omni Man player. I've seen better, in fact, I think I may be a better Omni Man player. Again, maybe the Homelander player was just better overall.

He can barely do combos that do 300 damage. I've seen sonic do 300 plus damage with Omniman easily. Meanwhile the Homelander player was easily doing 350 plus

@@fatbagofchips if you think that you must not play him a lot. There’s a reason even the top players say he “needs some love” from the devs. He has no actual mixups other than plus frames which aren’t a good reliable way to get damage.

This has nothing to do with the fights themselves, but I wish the Homelander and Omni-Man players had more variety in their gear and palettes. Got real tired of seeing Homelander with that big star on his shoulder the whole time. Doesn't really help that that's my least favourite gear for him, too.

Bandino’s Homelander is no joke. He has just won against Kanimani’s Peacemaker in Rip tournament. And this guy debut in Combo Breaker, high-level offline tournament, with Rain and got top 8. I don’t think any Omni-man can deal with his Homelander, right now, except pros. You know this character zoning tools are problematic when Out-zone Character can’t punish any zoning move due to too fast recovery.

Definitely feel like if Homelander is going to have all of these options ONE of them must be sacrificed. Either the command grab Back to back flight cancels Or more punishable strings. Because while this Omni Man was selling lowkey, he couldn't convert half of his Jax attempts. He was always losing these fights either to the command grab or the flight cancels, which couldn't be punished.
