Honestly since he was using that ghasteu as well as cheating in some form, I wouldn't be surprised if he is also using a save editor. If you report his account through the forums he will be banned almost instantly since it triggers an inspection on their account. I don't know how hard it is to catch lag switching, but I do know by that method there is a very likely chance he will get banned. The same place he got that lag switch from likely also provides other cheats including a save editor which allows you to spawn whatever items into your inventory. That's why I'm highly doubting he just got that cake legit.

Like recognizing and applying the patterns the occur when a lag switch is enabled, and continuing to play the game and apply pressure despite this enormous boon, AND ON TOP OF THAT figuring out that the only way to kill this jackass is to slug them, it's honestly really incredible. Talk about a fuckin cinematic masterpiece.

About a year ago I ran into a meg that exhibited this exact same behaviour, and I thought it was lagswitching at the time but wasn't 100% certain until watching this. The big thing was being completely unable to hook them.

I actually faced a breakdown + no mither team on a certain map i forgot but they were all going down on one side of the map but they saboed all the hooks on that side. Plus they had no mither so i couldn’t do anything.

When I used to play on PS4 with the WiFi and not hardwired I used to get messages from other players saying I was hacking and "nice lag switch, reported" haha haven't had those messages after using the ethernet cord on the console. Today a friend of mine went against the most advanced cheater i've ever seen. Insta gens, Insta heals, tp's across the map, on command getting into hook state (preventing to get downed and preventing to hook others), MS cheat on command (not active permanently), of course the best flashlight that is to be brought. That cheater beat the one i went against a few months ago by quite a bit.
