Absolutely! For now, if you need to remove your ULTRA we suggest using a steamer or heatgun to warm the film and loosen the adhesive. Starting on one corner, lift and pull the film while adding heat. You’ll want to be pulling parallel to the glass, not upwards to avoid unnecessary stress being put on the windshield. If there is any remaining adhesive on the glass after removing the film, use a microfibre with an alcohol/water mix 2 parts water 1 part 99% IPA to get the glass clean and ready for a new piece of ExoShield ULTRA!

The tools we supply in the ULTRA tool kit are created with materials designed to not scratch the surface of the film during installation. There is a chance that the film could scratch from debris being stuck in the squeegee while applying the pressure needed to get the moisture out from behind the ULTRA. Making sure to always wet the surface of the film while you're squeegeeing will help avoid this! If the squeegee itself feels rough on the edge of the blade an imperfection on the squeegee itself could create a light scratch during the heavy squeegee passes, this is why we provide 2 squeegees in the tool kit! Hey John! There will always be some remaining moisture under the film that needs time to cure out. If you have applied the film correctly following the steps in the video, we would suggest parking your vehicle in the sun if you're somewhere that is still above freezing temperatures. If it's cold enough to freeze the moisture remaining under the film, you should park the vehicle inside and try to keep it around room temp for at least 24 hours to allow the moisture to cure out.

@@ExoShield Thank you for your reply. I have a heated garage in my house, so the film was installed and and my car was in the garage over the past couple of days. I put it outside when it's sunny. I understand that some residual moisture might remain, but I wouldn't expect that much, as I have gone over the film at least four times to ensure there are no issues. Regardless, I appreciate that you've already sent me a replacement. However, getting the same result again seems strange. I'll leave it for a few more days, and if it doesn't cure, I'll remove it again.
