I find it so sad that some people here are intent on ridiculing this lady just because they feel her English and accent is not good enough for them. There are so many lessons to glean from this interview. Yes some things may be funny, but for someone who dropped out of High School and turned her life around from a life of crime, her story is nothing short of inspirational.

This is the first time i hear someone telling the truth that no Foreigner was involved it was her own South African Uncle who introduced and sold her into Drugs. Her uncle took advantage of her inexperience and also that she was just a child wanting things.Am glad she surrendered her life to God.Well done Sizakhele.

What I took from the show today is the message she said #Be content and accept where you are when you ready for the next level or step you will# I silencely appreciate that message because we want everything we want to happen on our time but we forgot this life is a blessing from God He knew us before we were even born. His plans are bigger than ours. I wish her peace and love in her heart 💞.

Poor Relebogile had to “REMEMBER” and “KNOW WHAT SHE MEANS”😭 - I have had to edit this comment because some of you don’t have a sense of humour and are making this comment what it isn’t. It has nothing to do with English however as we all know this show forces no one to conduct themselves in English. What makes the “remember” funny is that she hadn’t expressed some of these things she expected Lebo to remember. Thanks for coming to my TED talk!

If people could overlook her accent & grammar, you'd get some real gems from this interview. But we know South Africans are obsessed with twang'ing & proper English that they will make fun of other people who do not speak as well as they'd like.. I wonder if yal would've responded the same way had it been a Spanish man... Either way, it was a good episode for me. I just wish the host wouldn't have interrupted nor repeated certain questions; also missed opportunities to ask some. I.e. she was sentenced to 4 yrs and some months but served 5, why?

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the way this woman articulates herself knowing the 3 factors that influenced how she speaks now: 1. ENGLISH IS NOT HER MOTHER TONGUE 2. She dropped out of school around the age of 16 (definitely still a child) and I doubt her uncle and people around her spoke to her in English. 3. The Portuguese language diluted a lot because as she says, most prisoners weren’t able to speak english… I understood everything she said. The fact that you guys are judging her is so childish! And just like the other interviews, Kelebogile did a stupendous job by drawing more information from her…

I hate the double standards, if her vernac was bad it would be okay to call her out but saying that her English is bad is suddenly an attack. I learnt a lot from her even with that bad English. She couldn't even say "periods" nor "menstruation" but used the vernac. Ha le rate nnete hey.
