Hi, found this class very good. I have written notes about your method. Have one question do you think using a food dehydrator does not damage organic soil and makes it a faster drying method? I've also done some searchs and found the ideal water content to be about 25% of soil and other 25% with air The rest is mineral matter and organic matter. My goal is to calibrate some soil capacity sensor that I have connected to ucontroler to measure soil moisture, but the output is analog voltage and I want to create the equation to get real water content percentage.
