Thanks sir that was really really helpful..and I could understand and remember everything. I have a question if -ve error occurred then for total correction... should we add the -ve error with M+V?? And it will end up being substracted becoz of -ve sign..

No dear... You have to convert the error into correction.. Which will b done by multiplying the error with least count of instrument... This correction will be added to M+ V...

Correction for -ve error must b Positive Correction for +ve error must b negative
