Wish there were more Negative Offset Wheels available, most wheels on the market now are 0 Offset and Positive Offset.

Well, the copyright tag at the end is " MMXII " and a quick Google search (incase you cant read Roman numerals....) shows that to be 2012. And now you've been edumacated.....

Even if he had reassignment surgery, he'd still be dangerous to children. He should stay in prison anyway as punishment for what he did and as a deterrent to other like minded perverts.
